I would think twice before deleting those *.mbx files and
*.dbx files from Outlook. They contain your email
(wanted or unwanted).
If you want to clean out the deleted email a much
better solution is to delete them from the
Deleted Items files. Then compact the files via
tools/maintainance/cleanup.
