James,
Prepare yourself for the onslaught.  You're to be commended for taking the 
initiative and it's very refreshing to see something informative and 
positive on the O-List.  Unfortunately, there are some here who's primary 
purpose in life is only to bash Omega and Bill Cruz.  It's an integral part 
of their psychological make-up and they will do nothing else, no matter 
what.  Best of luck!
