cursor size and visibility in TS4

Here is a real TS4 beginner's question, but I can't find the answer 
anywhere in the documentation.  If your screen background is gray, the 
cursor is not very visible unless the mouse button is down, in which case 
the cross hairs are displayed.  How can I enlarge the cursor so that it is 
visible against a gray screen without mouse down?
