Which C or C++ compiler should I buy? I'd like to learn C
programming language. Eventually, I hope I can write some DLL in my
functions and indicators for TradeStation Ver4. Please noted that TS4 can
only handle 16-bit DLL.
Any recommendation is appreciated.
