Further to this - thanks again to everyone for all the replies.
It looks as though I've been trying to read too much data - not used to
such large files since all my previous data is EOD. Cutting down the data
or asking TS to display shorter periods works fine!
But it's a nuisance. I understand TSK doesn't have this limitation - does
it have *any* limitation in the number of bars it can display?
But I'm wary of upgrading because I've heard so may horror stories about
it... (:-)
