Midnight system check @ 12:23 PM?

My TS4 server just did a midnight system check ~12 hrs early.  I then got a
"Process events from (744, 12:24pm, 06/08/2001) to (744, 12:24pm,
10/27/2001) denied" message in the System Status window of the server.

No prices were added to the server till I shut it down and restarted a while
later when I got back into the room.  Odd.  Anyone else get this and know
what the heck it means?
