Arrows and Windows

Hi guys,

I searched within TS2k and my older paper documentation
trying to find a way to draw an arrow on the screen
from an indicator and didn't see it.  Is there a way to
do this?

Also, more advanced, is there a means to draw a
floating window on a chart that uses information from
that chart?  A non glamorous way to do this would be to
establish another chart of the same security with data
hidden and use it as a print window but I was looking
for a more integrated solution.
