ASCII import of 1-minute data in global server is impossible, right?

Is it true that the Global server in TS 2000i is
unable to import ascii 1 minute data?  I know I
couldn't do it, but I just wanted to confirm that it
is a bug and that the only known workaround (aside
from bypassing the global server) is HistoryCentre.

Also, does ascii impoprt really work for 5 minute bars
by chance?  Someone told me it did.
