Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew exactly, what EBG (earnings before goodwill) is and what criteria are used to calculate(aka formula)the result. I came across the term when I was on Cypress Semiconductors investor relations page. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
