I don't know if it is still sold,  but I did it from Florida to
California IP to IP using VoxPhone  We used it for about nine months,
six hours per day with only very rare problems. He had a 56K dial up
and I had a cable modem.  Audio was not a problem at all.  We did
notice that the internet seemed to be somewhat "slower" at the market
open and close.
