Keith:

I show a settlement price of 1172.90 for the full S&P contract for
03/30/2001.  This S&P and some of the mini contracts close five minutes
early on the last day of the quarter, for each contract.

I show the following for the last few ticks of 03/30/2001:

15:20:00    1173.00
15:21:00    1173.50
15:22:00    1173.00
15:23:00    1173/50
15:23:00    1169.20
15:23:00    1172/90     This was my last tick.
