I bought Removable frames for regular 3.5" drives ($12.50 ea) and they are
fine except that you have to power down to insert/remove.

Actually, Ghost (I use the older 5.1 version which fits on a floppy) can
backup FAT32 To/From NTFS but it can't restore individual files from the
NTFS image only the whole disk.
