Was just updated. Note that I see overhead resistance in most indexes and
futures from Friday's levels.
Bob Fulks has graciously allowed me to add his paper, "Back Adjusted
Futures Contracts," to the site and if you wondered why I use back adjusted
contracts and/or front month non-adjusted contracts, his paper contains the
definitive descriptions of these useful data series.
