Can't scroll in TS2k

(This is a resend as I'm not sure it was received the first time)

Using TS2k SP5 w/ Dynastore. I've been unable to scroll back to previous

data in realtime, as every time I do the screen snaps back to the
current bar. I've selected either Auto-hide or On (under Format Window)
& neither setting helps. There's obviously a simple explanation I'm
missing here & I'd be grateful for some assistance.
