willing to pay for intraday index price data

I am looking and willing to pay for intraday index price data PRIOR to
1996 for the following indices:

$BANK, Nasdaq Combined Bank Index
$INSR, Nasdaq Combined Insurance Index
$NF, NYSE Financial Index
$TRAN, Dow Jones 20 Transport Index
$TICK, NYSE cumulative tick

If anybody has any of the above intraday index (pre-1996) data for sale,
or else would know where it could be obtained,
I would greatly appreciate it.
