accurate historical S&P tick data source?

I currently am using Omega's refresh data (BMI) for S&P testing, but I'd
like to find a source that is more accurate and complete (no bad weather
outages like Omega has). I'd also like a source where the closes are
corrected to the official CME settlement price, rather than just the last
price recorded.

Can anyone steer me to such a source? Or if anyone out there has such data,
could I purchase several years from you? Ideally I'd like to go back to the
80's, but I at least need from Z96 to current.
