xpo into omz?

There's a site that has refresh files for TS2ki in xpo format
that several on this site have referenced: www.jayanderson.org     .
I find these files preferable to Omega's site because they
include night session pricing for the emini contracts.

Does anyone know of a method that will convert these files
into omz for ts4.0?
