Tradestation Help

I recently had some computer problems which may have caused a Tradestation
problem.  When I try to log on to Omega's BMI offline data server I get an
error message that the security block is missing.  I have tried to reinstall
Tradestation but get another error--Isinst30 an error has occurred in your
program. I clicked on ignore and get the message this program has performed
an illegal operation and will shut down.

Can anyone help?
