Q. Going from Bonneville to E-Signal

What does this process involve for Tradestation2000 ?

1. Do you re-install Tradestation2000  selecting e-signal as your feed ? 
    Does this process get rid of anything you've added to Tradestation2000 
    since the last install?

2. Can multiple feeds be specified?

3. Is the database and symbol names for Bonneville automatically converted
   to e-signal?
