RE: Exit and Re-Entry firing on the *same* bar

Some time ago there was a post concerning how to prevent/preclude a
System exiting and immediately re-entering (on a back-test, at
least--though I've also had this happen in real-time!). 

I can't seem to find that post and I'm wondering if some kind person can
refresh my memory??  I'm including a quick excerpt to illustrate my
problem.
