My own inclination is that Omega has some basic flaws in the design or
programming of the TS 2000 Global Server. This will take a concerted
effort if Omega wants to turn the Global Server into a well-respected
product on the caliber of the Universal Server.
However management's decision is apparently to fly off on a new direction of
turning TS 2000 into an internet-based product. My guess is Omega will end
up with ineffective products in both the stand-alone 2000i product line and
in the internet market. Meanwhile Omega Windows 3.1-based TS 4 will
remain the product of choice for most Omega users.
