e-mini or S&P historical bid/ask?

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can find either e-mini (preferably) or S&P
historical tick data which also includes bid/ask prices (1 tick resolution)?
Working with TS2K, I discovered that I need bid/ask in order to plot a
particular study.  The data needs to be in either global server or server
4.0 format.  Does anyplace exist where I can get such data?

If not, can I purchase it from someone on the list?
