Are bars the actual bars in TS4

  Using a 5min bar plotted to a chart window as an example,
and not using multidata charts,
are the H,L,&C always plotted as the actual H,L,&C? That is
to say, are the H and L always the actual H and L during a
5min period and is C the actual last tick before a new bar?
  This question pertains to both realtime and historical bars.
Does anyone have any experience to the contrary?
