It isn't free but very expensive--try CIS at
http://www.bayou.com/~smcg/cdata.htm.
For $250 you can get 10 years of tick data on ~15 commodities. The guy
seems interested in helping and alert to bad ticks etc. I use it for
backtesting. He also has a daily download subscription.
