TradeStation 4.0 Software Problem

I'm having a problem that hopefully someone can help me with.

Running Win98, Tradestation Server starts OK, then charting starts OK,
but if I open the Power Editor with Charting open, my system locks up.

If I start Power Editor when Charting is not running, then Power Editor
works OK.  All other apps are fine. I am using a 3DFX, Voodoo 3 2000
video card. Does anyone know of any incompatibilities between this card
and TS4.0?
