So Mark Brown is "Head of Customer Relations"? IMHO I
think THAT is funny... Mr Pelletier's letter (or
whomever wrote it) will look like a love poem compared
to what MB will do to you if you disagree that his
software is the greatest bug free sofware of all time
...
