recover files/systems

Had windows crash on me yesterday..........It will not start now, however I 
do have access to my files through DOS. Is it possible to back up and restore 
Omega system files from DOS, in other words if I copy all files from the 
Omega\TS directory will I be able to transfer those systems into TS on 
another machine ?

Any sugestions would be greatly appreciated. I have some system files I do 
not want to lose.
