I get my from www.cboe.com.  S&P CHARGES for current weighting information
(can  you believe in this day and age?), so the CBOE numbers and contents
are a bit stale.  A quick matrix inversion using 100 snapshots of
the S&P stocks and the current S&P value would solve this puzzle and
perhaps put S&P straight.  Mark?
