I am also one of those uneducated Americans <smile>. I am having a little
trouble figuring out who's who in this war. Thank you for the information about
how the Albanians got to Kosovo. Am I correct that Kosovo is a part of Serbia -
and that Serbia is a province of Yugoslavia?
I am not sure we should be in this war - but I do know that if we should be in
this war - that our current administration policy regarding it is as stupid as
our policy was in Vietnam (you don't go out to fight a war and state ahead of
time that you won't do this, that or the other thing - like using ground troops
- to win). Robyn
