Historybank and AWEB

I process securities during my course of work,
mostly at the end of the day. I noticed yesterday
a new symbol AWEB and decided to check it out at home.
I looked at it in GlobalServer after updating my portfolio
overnight and pulled up the data points (Edit Data). 
Historybank (the only EOD source I have) showed activity
for AWEB from 2/18/99 to 2/26/99 in the $3-4 range. 
Then the price jumped to > $40 on 3/23/99. I was told at
work that they IPO-ed yesterday. 

What's the deal with the February activity?
