Heee! When I last talked to techsupport humans at BMI, they hadn't
a CLUE about what exchanges those things were on. I had figured
out the XXX-->MIC change myself, and later the NDX/MIC-->CBOE change.
To be fair, this sort of knowledge may be unevenly distributed
within the BMI support department, but I've been very negatively
impressed so far...
