yes, this is good, thanks mark; it's a step in the right direction
toward customer-vendor credibility. 
i don't have a problem with vendors enforcing their rights to their
intellectual property nor with customers suing unscrupulous vendors
for crappy products or reporting them to cftc or nfa as a last resort.
but i do have a problem with complaints that are largely
unsubstantiated.
