Yes, it is one cause of stress. Another is not being psychologically suited to
what you're doing, regardless of your understanding of the subject matter.
e.g. There are many boring tasks that I understand completely but find very
stressful to have to complete.

You are blessed to have found a methodology that works for you. But as I said,
it doesn't mean that all other methods/timeframes are better/easier/less
stressful.
