If current price = preceeding price ; is it a uptick
eg.
a. b. c. d. e. f. g.
Msft 100 101 102 103 103 103 102
Ge 147 148 149 150 151 151 151
Pfe 128 129 130 131 132 133 134
Tick = 3 3 3
What is the Tick for column e. f. & g.
