This is not an exchange problem...I am running ILX next to my DBC machine and
the S&P is fine. This is just DBC's typically shitty quote feed on an
important, volatile trading day. I think one could design a great model which
looks for a market reversal based on DBC's Signal feed going out for more than
5 minutes at a clip! I think it is a conspiracy to screw the public...
