Refresh Data & IE 4

When I try to download Omega Refresh Data from their web site using 
Internet Explorer 4 or netscape 4.02, it fails giving me a connection 
closed error. This used to work in IE 3, no problem. But since I 
upgraded to IE 4, I can no longer download. 

I called Omega up and they couldn't help me. Also, I followed the 
instructions for enabling the Netscape properly, still no joy.

So, has anyone heard of this situation/problem and can someone give me 
advise as to how download the omega refresh data with IE or Netscape 
4.x.
