BMI feed ?

I am about to share an office with a fellow trader. He has a BMI satellite
feed.
I use the same.
As we both have our own satellite receiver boxes, our thought is to simply
use
a cable splitter to split the signal from his dish  to the individual
boxes.
Is there any problem with this? 
I would appreciate any advice. TIA
