Autoboot Windows NT 4.0 Question

Does anyone know a way to make Windows NT 4.0 autoboot after a power failure?

I have a UPS system that allows orderly shutdown but I would like the
system to reboot and continue collecting data after the power is restored.

It now requires operator input on restart:
     (Cntl + Alt + Delete then Enter in the password dialog)
