BMI Bond data outage

Hi List,

BMI did not send Bond data for the first 40 minutes of trading until 9:00
am EST. I called and asked for a credit today because of this outage. I was
told that the problem originated from the CBOT and because of this I was
not going to be allowed a credit. I am wondering if BMI is just trying to
cover their rear end. If any Singal, FutureSource, or DTN subscribers
recieved data for the March bond contract from 8:20 am  to 9:00 am EST
please notify me.
