Kees,
You'll get the upgrade price from 10.1 to 11. If you had
upgraded from 9 to 11, they would have charged you the same total price as
going from 9 to 10 and then 10 to 11.
Equis doesn't like those who
skip upgrades, so whenever you do upgrade, they just add the cost of each
step. Sweet!
