It appears to be a tool for developing trading systems rather than a trading system (although quite a few examples are given).

Without it, other analysis packages have a supreme edge over MetaStock in terms of their handling of developing trading systems.  eg. I wouldn't have needed to developed my (free) trailing profit stop with such a simple add-on.

It's certainly worth a look if you've outgrown MetaStock's restrictive "programming" language.
