Parthasarathy, you are probably not getting any replies because your 
question is rather broad and possibly somewhat vague.

I would answer that probably none of the indicators in your list are 
dynamic.  I say "probably", because within your broad group of 
indicators, there is scope for create new ones based on hindsight.

For an obvious example:

x:=Zig(C,3,%);
Mov(If(x>Ref(x,-1),x*1.06,x*.94),21,S)
