Hi Pablo

Delete the smart charts that were open when MS was last successfully shut down. This will get rid of the smart chart probably at the heart of the problem and cause a error that is much easier to fix. Instead of opening the deleted chart MS will advise that it gets an error when attempting to open that chart. Cancel that error and use the file menu to open the security (and create a new smart chart).

If you don't know which smart chart caused the problem then delete them all or delete them successively until you are able to boot satisfactorily.

Also make sure that there are no temp files in data folders. A similar error can appear after an improper shutdown where MS temp files did not get deleted.

One bad smart chart is the most likely cause of your problem. Which one is anyone's guess so sometimes deleting them all is the only solution.

Hi everydoy!

I've a BIG problem with MS 9.1 (!)
I can't use MS because when I try to open a Smart Chart an error is generated:

"Mswin.exe have generated errors so It will be closed by Windows.
You musy restart the program" It's a translation becuase Itīs in spanish:

"MsWin.exe ha generado errores y debe ser cerrado por Windoes.
Debes reiniciar el programa" (original source)

Iīve tried remove MS and re-install SEVERAL TIMES.
ANY IDEA ??!!

Thanks in advance!!!!
Pablo
