Hi Everybody,
I've searched and searched all forums with no results so now I'm
turning to you.
All I want to do is:
1)load up a bunch of securities into system tester with only 1
indicator.
2) get the values of that indicator in a column all by itself.
3) BUT I only want to do this using a particular time range (eg
1/1/05 to 30/6/05)
Problem - how, and where, do I set the date range I want?? I know how
to do it in TradeSim but I only want the raw data so I can sort it.
Setting the load option for periods is not good as it only gives the
specified number of days traded to current date rather than the date
range I want.
There doesn't seem to be any facility in the system tester to add
this criteria.
The end result I want is sort of like HomeTrader scans with
securities in one column and results of indicator in another.
Can anyone help me with this please?
