[EquisMetaStock Group] ms exploration

i want to have an exploration with following requirements a}current 
price  b}stochastic in over sold zone <30 c}price when stochastic was 
>70 with a filter  that the difference between two prices is <than 
half a % of the price   ,,,filter can be a little differnet like <5 rs 
for scrips abov 1000 rs.      any body having mastered using ms please 
help me?
