I use a keyboard macro (I use KeyText, which you try for free, from http://www.mjmsoft.com/keytext.htm) to transfer the ticker symbol and stock name from an Excel spreadsheet

I need to know of a way to batch add symbols to the downloader. Doing
it one-by-one with two-thousand stocks, is idiotic. Does anyone have
a solution for easily adding multiple symbols to a stock list?
I have the symbols in ASCII, need to get them in the downloader, and
then update my metastock list.
I appreciate ideas/suggestions on how best to accomplish this.
