Hi Roberti,

   Thanks for trying out the tool, 

   Very good inputs from you, I'll take this as my
TODO list for future releases of this tool.

   Looks to me like asc2ms is the most popular tool
among'st the two. ;) Here's where a lot of
enhancements have been requested by many of the
members.

   Regarding 1) I felt the need for this after similar
kind of request from other members.
   
   Regarding 2) Yes that's right the tool appends into
existing data files, I think it's a good idea to have
this feature of replacing existing data.

   Regarding 3) Okay I can put this in. An option to
specify output directory would be very useful with
default as current directory.

   Regarding 4) Error return values; right now the
tool returns in either case with exit(0), I'll change
this to return with an exit value other than 0 for
errors.
