I would suggest you look at the thread very closely and determine 
yourself who resorted to the crude language before lecturing me.......

My point is, that there were alternatives to the query raised but he 
resorted to pointing to his own site rather than quoting CMO, Aroon 
that is available in MS...

If it is a newbie then show them thiese rather than luring them to 
other sites...

Childish??...yes that is childish...I will keep making my point as I 
believe that many newbies are given very wrong leads on occasions..

If he wants to help then he should help WITHOUT pasting his site 
everytime...
