[EquisMetaStock Group] Loading Daily Data

Hi All,
 
I have a question regards loading data into a daily 
price chart. 
 
My file suggests that I have quotes dating back to 
1997, and I can access them fine with weekly/monthly charts.
But when I open them with dailies than it only 
shows back to 2000.
Perhaps some of you can tell me what I am missing 
here.
I get the eod data from esignal and use MS 
8.0
