[EquisMetaStock Group] Where to buy Metastock?

Hello there - 

I'm new to this group (and new to technical analysis).  Can anyone please tell me 
where the best and cheapest place would be to purchase Metastock 8 End-of-Day?  
I'm currently residing temporarily overseas, so an online merchant would be 
preferred.

Incidentally, the cheapest price I've found so far is a Web Special from 
www.wallstreetsoftware.com selling it for $379 . . . any improvements?
